NIELLY MELVILLE, BSN
DIRECTOR OF NURSING

Nielly Melville serves as the Director of Nursing.

Nielly is a skilled medical professional and has been with the agency since its inception. She has a passion for helping others and giving clients both physical and emotional support with optimal client care being her number one priority. Nielly encourages her staff to provide our clients with a safe and caring environment. She enjoys witnessing the positive physical progression and emotional growth that our clients go through from admission to discharge.

In her current role as the Director of Nursing, Nielly is responsible for the overall development and operation of the clinical nursing program. She works closely with the medical director for psychiatric and medical management of the clients. She collaborates with physicians, consultants, community agencies, and institutions to continually develop and improve the quality of services to our clients.

Nielly graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. Degree in Nursing from Florida International University. She has extensive experience as a Registered Nurse in a Mental Health setting. Nielly is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and the International Nurses Society on Addiction.

LISA SHEEHAN, BA, CAP
CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Lisa Sheehan serves as the Clinical Director.

Lisa is a highly skilled, compassionate, empathetic and client-centered counselor dedicated to the treatment of people experiencing drug and/or alcohol abuse. She takes a holistic approach with clients that is centered on reducing anxiety, relapse prevention, and manifesting goals through positive projection.

Lisa encourages her staff to express empathy and compassion for our clients. She understands that the road to recovery is a long and arduous one filled with anxiety. She advocates the daily practice of yoga and meditation to overcome anxieties present through spiritual solutions.

In her current role as Clinical Director, Lisa is responsible for the overall development and operation of our clinical program. She works closely with all clinical staff to ensure that clients are receiving an appropriate level of treatment. Lisa continually seeks to develop and improve the quality of the therapeutic services we offer.

Lisa holds a B.A. Degree from St. Ambrose University, is a Certified Addictions Professional, and has over five years of experience working in addiction treatment. She is also certified in Transformational Meditation and has a background in using specific meditation techniques to reduce anxiety and manage addiction cravings. Lisa is also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming in her pursuit of improving her abilities to communicate and connect with her clientele.

Jonathan Moseley currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer.

It is Jonathan’s personal mission to ensure that our clients receive placement with a treatment facility that provides an appropriate level of care based on each client’s individualized needs. Jonathan understands that each client’s situation is unique and he strives to meet everyone’s needs on a case-by-case basis.

In Jonathan’s current role, he works to ensure that the agency’s facilities remain at maximum occupancy offering treatment to as many individuals suffering from substance abuse as possible. We know that the road to recovery is one filled with many potholes. It is Jonathan’s mission to ensure that we don’t allow anyone to fall through the cracks.

Jonathan’s detailed understanding of developing and maintaining business relationships with local and out-of-state treatment providers has enabled us to become a respected agency among the industry in a relatively short period of time.

Prior to working for us Jonathan developed his skills as a Director of Admissions with a local treatment agency through hard work, determination, and hands-on training. His extensive experience includes business development, insurance verification, utilization review, and client relations and placement.

Moises Worthalter currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer.
As a founder and the CFO, Moises is constantly involved in developing the agency and ensuring that all financial protocols and statutory rules and regulations are adhered to.

In his 20 years of professional experience, Moises has had the opportunity to work in a number of sectors including distribution, manufacturing, health care, hospitality, professional placement, and real estate. Within these entities, Moises has held the position of Director of Marketing, National Sales Manager, VP of Sales & Marketing, and CFO. With his wide breadth of knowledge and skill, Moises is a guiding light and visionary in shaping the direction of the agency.

Moises enjoys developing the home-like relaxing atmosphere of our facilities and feels that this sets us apart from the larger more hospital-like agencies. Moises believes in fostering a home and family like atmosphere so that our clients feel more at ease during their stay with us. “Their road to recovery is tough enough. We try to make that first step all the more comfortable.”

Moises earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. with a focus on International Business and Marketing from Florida International University.

ERICA SHAPIRO

Erica Shapiro currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer.

Erica developed her extensive background in development, management, sales, and leasing for a portfolio of properties. Erica has served in a variety of positions in her field of expertise including Director of Operations, VP of Finance and Marketing, President, and CEO.

As a founder, it was Erica’s vision to create an atmosphere where individuals can safely and comfortably begin their road to recovery and healing. Creating a safe and caring environment for our clients is the number one priority. It is Erica’s mission to ensure that we provides the very best client care in the industry with an emphasis on compassion and empathy for the individuals that we serve.

As CEO, Erica is continuously working on improving the logistics and development of our facilities, advertising and marketing, and overall business relationship development.

Erica graduated from Touro College in New York with a B.S. Degree in Finance and Accounting and also holds a Certificate in Revenue Management from the Cornell School of Hospitality Management.
